Any users’ Personal Data that includes cardholder data stored, transmitted, or processed on behalf of merchants and cardholders will be secured in accordance with the data security standards set forth by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Despite storing users’ Personal Data on secure servers, or those of third parties providing us with IT-related services or resources, and protecting user’s Personal Data further through modern access control methods, the ultimate safety and security of users’ Personal Data depends on the efforts of the user. Where and to the extent it is applicable, users are responsible for keeping certain Personal Data and Site-related access credentials confidential.
